Defentily not an organization I would ever apply to again.
I had already blamed myself for my failure, but Dominic's the kind of guy that takes any sort of critism into disrespect. I've never seen an organization that is not opened to any constructive critism. He basically scolded me and told me he already notified his superiors, without even clarifying anything. Instead of sitting down with me, and trying to figure out why I said what I said. Dominic being the guy he is took constructive critism as not showing accountability, and blaming people for my failures, which I clearly stated in the text wasn't what I was trying to do. I literally started the text with I know I didn't preform my best. I one day sent him a text msg letting him know how I felt during my audition. Dominic the guy that oversees all the rivers dealers, really isn't a nice guy. I'm gonna leave my review based on an employment standpoint.
